On Time Delivery

On time, every time is our aim.  We appreciate that it is essential that you receive your products when you need them. We hold large stocks here in the UK and our commitment is simple:

We aim to deliver your order when you need it.

Please note that due to the nature of our products your order may be delivered by multiple couriers, usually all on the same day.

Please do not schedule or start any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings, if needed

Delivery Addresses

We´ll deliver direct to you, to your customer or to site. All addresses will be saved & available to pick every time you order.

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped as standard on a next week day service to non-remote UK addresses. However a range of express services are available. Please ask a member of our sales team for upgrade costs:

 

Alternatively we can quote for a dedicated courier vehicle to deliver your product exactly when required, even outside of usual working hours.

Please take time to examine the goods before signing for them as no claims will be entertained for goods signed for in good condition or as “unchecked” or “unexamined”
